East Street Homes has been particularly active since the start of 2012. As of November we have completed three further acquisitions.
St James Court was a former care home in close proximity to Wandsworth Common, in South West London, where planning has now been achieved for a new development of 32 residential apartments.
The Dog and Pot in Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire involved us obtaining consent for the retention of the pub building, but with a change of use to residential, together with a further 8 residential units (the majority larger detached homes) on the remaining part of the 1 acre conservation area site.
In the Victorian part of Aldershot, and near the station, we have received planning permission for a 9 unit predominantly terraced housing scheme on the site of a previous industrial/warehouse building.
