East Street Homes has been particularly active since the start of 2012. As at the end of March we have completed two new acquisitions.
St James Court is a former care home in close proximity to Wandsworth Common, in South West London, which should provide a new build opportunity of approximately 35 residential apartments and the Dog and Pot pub in Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire will involve retention of the pub building, but with a change of use to residential, together with a housing development on the remaining part of the 1 acre site.
We have also agreed terms on another site in our target market - Greater London and the Home Counties - and we are keen to acquire more.
